Concierge Services Australia started out as a private membership club in 1998, providing a unique, friendly and confidential service. We created a network of professional and resourceful concierges, someone to help our members with their ‘To Do’ lists, help organise special events, or make last-minute arrangements. Having their own personal concierge saves our members time and they are the envy of their friends and associates, when they say ‘I’ll just call my concierge to fix that’.

Jacinta Gracey is the dynamic founder of Concierge Services Australia, she has extensive concierge experience in both Internatio nal five star hotels and luxury residential properties. Jacinta has worked in the hospitality industry since 1977 and, whist Head Concierge at the 5 star Renaissance Hotel, was the first woman in Australia to be admitted to the exclusive International Society of the Golden Keys - ‘Les Clefs d’Or’.

Patrick Renson-Smith joined the family owned business in 2000, after 11 years as Beverage Manager at Avondale Golf Club in Pymble. Prior to this Patrick was part of the management team at the Sebel Town House, when the ‘Sebel’ was one of the first 5 star hotels in Sydney. Patrick has a reputation for service excellence - committed to providing outstanding service to our clients.
